My client had been working for the same employer for years, the autopilot was on. No, there was (not yet) a conflict, but the fire had gone out. Landing a new job is serious business, we spent a major part of our valuable lives at work, so choose well.
What are you truly good, what gives you energy? My client started a Brandsparkle Personal Brand Mentor program. We explored what she’s good at, what she wants, and what suits her, as well as what she thought she wanted, but didn’t. We looked at the values that guide her life. What does her ideal work environment look like, and more importantly how does it feel? We talked finances. What do you want, and what’s reasonable?
We delivered: A personal brand model, a pitch and communication advice, interview preparation guidance and negotiation tips.
The result: A new job with a content and culture fit.
